As founder Roy Lyness explains “On day one there was just me, a desk and a telephone.......

 

And NO CLIENTS whatsoever.  The business built steadily through the years but became a monster.

 

You see I built the business around myself under the belief that the clients saw me as their accountant and therefore it was me they all needed.”

 

Because of this Roy found himself working sometimes up to 20 hours a day in tax return season and he would be the first to admit, in danger of burning out.

 

4 years ago having been introduced to the ideas of world famous business guru Michael Gerber, Roy began to completely re-engineer the Practice.

 

By developing systems he realised he could impart his knowledge onto his team and through that along with effective delegation Roy has taken on much more of a business leader role.
